Professional Experience:
- John is a founding partner of the firm.
- Appointed Queen's Counsel by the Attorney General of British Columbia in 2003
- Practice emphasis is on Civil Litigation, including Wills & Trusts Disputes, Construction, Insurance/ Personal Injury, Employment Law and General Corporate/ Commercial Litigation.
- Acts as counsel in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia.
- Appears at mediation and arbitration hearings.
